When you bring your jewelry in for any level of repair we perform an inspection and diagnose areas that requires attention. This includes areas you may not have noticed. Your repairs will then be given an estimation and time required.
Your jewelry is cleaned in preparation of necessary work, repaired as instructed while focusing on the details of the original design and beauty of your jewelry. After repair it is polished and refinished to restore the metal and any stones back to their original brilliance. Finally your jewelry is re-inspected to assure the work has been performed with excellence. Upon completion QCB will notify you by phone, text or email.
While your jewelry is with us at QCB Jewelers, we provide Insurance Coverage (Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company) for your jewelry at its stated replacement value.
