OUR GUARANTEE, WARRANTY & REGISTRATION

THIRTY-SIX MONTH DIAMOND ACCENT REPLACEMENT:
Our LIMITED warranty offers free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating (once per year) and cleaning services.  We replace diamond accent stones (see Warranty details below) that become chipped, damaged or lost from the original mounting due to normal wear, free of charge up to 1/10^th of a carat.  This includes all labor and materials to replace the diamond.

MOUNTING GUARANTEE:
QCB Jewelers guarantees the mounting you purchased is manufactured using the highest quality materials and is inspected prior to shipping to be free of any defects in materials or workmanship, for one year from the date of purchase and replace or perform any work that may be necessary, free of charge.

KEEPING YOUR GUARANTEE & WARRANTY IN EFFECT:
In order for your Guarantee & Warranty to remain in effect, you must have your purchased QCB jewelry inspected and have the inspection documented every six months at QCB. Any necessary repairs, sizing etc… must be performed by QCB Jewelers. Services performed outside of QCB or any of its authorized service centers voids this warranty.

RETURN POLICY:
QCB Jewelers guarantees every item we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will refund or exchange your purchase for 30 days after the date of purchase. Just keep your receipt and bring back your purchase in the same condition as originally purchased. Custom designed items and special ordered items are excluded from this policy.

OUR WARRANTY:
QCB Jewelers grants a Warranty to the original consumer for thirty-six months, effective from the purchase date, that the purchased article of jewelry is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal wear.  This Warranty includes free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating (once per year) and cleaning services.  We replace diamond accent stones (that become chipped, damaged or lost from the original mounting due to normal wear, free of charge up to 1/10^th of a carat.  This includes all labor and materials to replace the diamond. Diamonds or any other stones over 1/10th of a carat or larger are excluded.

This warranty is void if the article of jewelry has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship. To protect your investment, insurance coverage is highly recommended. Charges for shipping and insurance are not covered under this warranty.
