Engagement & Wedding Rings

We provide a 36-month Limited Warranty on all engagement and wedding rings. This coverage includes:

  • Sizing: One complimentary sizing per year.
  • Maintenance: Free prong tightening and retipping as required.
  • Finishing: Complimentary rhodium plating for white gold (once per year).
  • Stone Replacement: Replacement of diamond accents (up to 1/10th of a carat) that become chipped, damaged, or lost from the original mounting due to normal wear. This includes all labor and materials.
  • Cleaning: Professional inspection and cleaning services as often as you like.
Mounting Guarantee

QCB Jewelers guarantees your mounting is manufactured using the highest quality materials and is free of defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Coverage: One year from the date of purchase.
  • Service: Free replacement or repair for any manufacturing defects.
All Other Jewelry & Repair Items

We provide a 12-month Limited Warranty on all other jewelry (excluding gold filled, stainless steel, hollow items and silver). This includes:

  • Repairs: Laser welding of breaks and sizing down on solid chains and necklaces.
  • Earrings: Post adjustments and repairs as required.
  • Hardware: Free prong tightening, retipping, and clasp replacement.
  • Stone Replacement: Accent stone replacement (up to 1/10th of a carat) for stones chipped, damaged, or lost due to normal wear.
Keeping Your Guarantee & Warranty In Effect

To ensure your Guarantee and Warranty remain valid:

  • Bi-Annual Inspections: Jewelry must be inspected and documented every six months at QCB Jewelers.
  • Exclusivity: All repairs, sizing, and maintenance must be performed by QCB Jewelers. Services performed by any outside entity will void this warranty.
  • Registration: Please complete and submit the online registration form to activate your coverage.

Important Note: This warranty is void if the article of jewelry has been damaged by accident, negligence, or unauthorized service. Shipping and insurance charges are not covered. We highly recommend independent insurance coverage to protect your investment.

In order for your Guarantee & Warranty to remain in effect, you must have your purchased QCB jewelry inspected and have the inspection documented every six months at QCB. Any necessary repairs, sizing etc… must be performed by QCB Jewelers. Services performed outside of QCB or any of its authorized service centers voids this warranty.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will refund or exchange your purchase for 14 days after the date of purchase.

  • Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition with the receipt.
  • Exclusions: Custom-designed items and special orders are final sale and excluded from this return policy.
Exclusions

Gold filled, stainless steel, silver, hollow items, diamonds, or any other stones over 1/10th of a carat or larger are excluded.

This warranty is void if the article of jewelry has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship. To protect your investment, insurance coverage is highly recommended. Charges for shipping and insurance are not covered under this warranty.

Any manufacturing warranty takes precedence to our in-store warranty. (e.g. Benchmark's lifetime warranty takes precedence to our in-store warranty)
