Laser Welding

Broken gold, platinum, or silver jewelry? We use laser welding technology as opposed to traditional soldering. Laser welding ensures your item is repaired precisely. It looks like it was never cut!

Ring and Chain Sizing

Its like a tailor but for your jewelry! We can size your gold, silver, and platinum rings and chains.

Prong Retipping and Stone Replacement

Losing prongs is just part of the process of loving your jewelry, it is going to happen. When losing a prong, you may lose your stone as well. We can replace your missing prongs and stones!

Clasp Replacement

We can replace broken clasps and change the type of clasp on your jewelry.

Cleaning and polishing

We provide services as small as a quick cleaning or as big as a complete overhaul on your jewelry!

FAQ

How long do repairs take?

Repair time can vary from job to job. Some clasp replacements and watch servicing can be done while you wait! While some complex work can take over a week. Please allow at least 2 business days for repairs to be completed.
Limited Repair Warranty

Any repair work we do on your item is covered for 1 Year. This means, if your chain breaks in the same place or the same prong breaks off, we will do the work again, free of charge. However, this warranty is not placed on your entire item, it is only placed the area of the work itself.
